Closing a creator account
To request closure, sign in, select “Delete account” in your profile and confirm your decision. This request is irreversible: access to the account and its offers ends immediately.
If a balance or adjustment remains outstanding, closure stays pending settlement. Earnings and commissions remain subject to the 30-day period from confirmation of each purchase, refunds and adjustments, and applicable identity and payment checks. Requesting closure does not confirm a transfer or remove amounts owed.
Payment details and supporting financial records required for settlement are retained. Final closure occurs after the remaining obligations have been handled; information subject to a retention obligation remains retained under the applicable data protection terms.
A confirmed provider event may later restore an entitlement and reopen its settlement. Access to the account and its offers remains blocked; the account is not reactivated.
For help with closure or settlement, contact support@furtiv.me. To exercise your data rights, contact privacy@furtiv.me; you may also submit a complaint to the CNIL.

PAYMENT FLOWS
Payment processing services on Furtiv are provided by Segpay, a third-party payment solution. By agreeing to the General Terms and Conditions, creators agree to be subject to Segpay’s terms.
All payments to creators will be made by HETA SARL, a French registered company with its head office located at 4 Square Charles Laurent, 75015 Paris. Users must provide Furtiv with accurate and complete payment information, and they authorize Furtiv to share relevant transaction details with Segpay. Once a payment is processed, Furtiv will issue a receipt to the user.
Creator fees and referrals
Fee and referral terms updated on 9 October 2026.
The standard creator fee is 15% of the content price excluding taxes and buyer fees. A creator is exempt from this creator fee only for one calendar month from the date and time their account was created, calculated in UTC. The period ends at the same time on the corresponding day of the following month; if that day does not exist, the last day of that month is used. Transactions created at or after that end time are no longer exempt.
The exemption does not apply when the creator’s referral is identified as an agency referral. This origin remains recorded even if the sponsor later loses agency status; the exemption is not reinstated for that referral. The standard creator fee applies to transactions created from the time that agency referral is identified. This exemption does not cover buyer fees or applicable taxes. Fees and amounts are determined and recorded when each transaction is created; later changes to agency status do not change these amounts.
A creator may have one eligible sponsor, including through a code entered at signup. An administrator may also associate an existing account without a sponsor with an eligible sponsor. The recorded association is permanent: it cannot be replaced with another sponsor. This association applies to new transactions and does not generate retroactive commissions. It does not change the account creation date, the end of the first-month fee exemption or the end of the referral period. Self-referrals are not allowed.
The standard referral rate is 10% of the referred creator’s net revenue after creator fees, excluding buyer fees and VAT. Referrals that are not identified as agency referrals may have an individual rate. For these referrals outside agencies, it may change for future sales; recorded commissions retain their historical rate. For a sponsor identified as an agency, the rate is fixed and locked at 10%; it cannot be changed in the administration. Recorded agency referrals retain this 10% rate, including after the sponsor’s agency status is removed. Furtiv funds these commissions without making an additional deduction from the referred creator’s earnings. The referral period lasts 24 months from the referred account’s creation; a later association does not extend it. Recorded commissions retain their historical rate.
Availability, suspension and ending the relationship
Sale earnings and corresponding commissions become available after 30 elapsed days from confirmation of the purchase payment, calculated in UTC. This limit also applies to monthly preparation and administrative confirmation of a payout; a previously prepared payout cannot be confirmed before the earnings it contains have matured.
While a sponsor or referred creator is suspended, commissions on sales confirmed during that suspension are frozen. Earlier rights are not frozen solely because of this new suspension. Once it is lifted, commissions that have not been cancelled or refunded become available according to their maturity, without duplicate accounting or an extension of the original 24-month period.
Effective termination of an agency relationship, after the applicable 30-day written notice period has expired, closes new referrals through links, codes or administrative association. Previously recorded referrals retain their rights until their original end date, subject to applicable refunds, adjustments and suspensions. Removing the agency tag does not terminate that relationship.
A closure request immediately ends access to the account and its offers. If amounts or adjustments remain outstanding, settlement stays pending: information required for payouts and supporting records is retained. Final closure occurs after the remaining obligations have been handled; earnings remain subject to the 30-day maturity period and payouts to applicable identity and payment checks. A closure request does not mark the balance as paid.
If a confirmed provider event later restores an entitlement after final closure, only its settlement may be reopened. Access to the account and its offers remains blocked; this adjustment does not reactivate the account.
Requests for payment of earnings
Creators may request payment of their available earnings from their account. Requests must be made at least 15 days apart, calculated from the date and time of the previous request, even if that request is still pending.
Only purchases whose payment has been confirmed for at least 30 days are eligible. Referral commissions follow the same rule based on the original purchase.
Each request covers the entire available net amount, after fees, refunds and adjustments. Amounts already reserved or paid are excluded. Each currency is paid by a separate transfer, and the amount must be positive.
Except when settling outstanding obligations after a closure request, the account must be active. The creator’s identity must be verified and the terms and conditions must have been accepted, including during settlement after closure. Creators must select the country of their bank account and provide the account holder’s name and the required details for that country: an IBAN for supported IBAN countries, or an account number, account type (checking or savings) and the beneficiary bank’s BIC / SWIFT code for a United States account. USD transfers to United States accounts are sent internationally via SWIFT through iBanFirst; domestic ACH or ABA-only transfers are not offered. A wire ABA number may be supplied as additional information when requested by the bank, but cannot replace the mandatory BIC / SWIFT. The BIC remains optional for IBAN accounts. The bank account country may differ from the creator’s country of residence.
For Canadian accounts, creators must provide the 3-digit institution number, 5-digit branch or transit number, account number and a Canadian bank BIC / SWIFT. Leading zeros must be preserved. Payments are sent internationally via SWIFT through iBanFirst.
Transfer fees
Furtiv covers the bank transfer fees for creator payouts. International SWIFT transfers through iBanFirst use the OUR fee option, with transfer charges borne by Furtiv. No additional withdrawal or payment-processing fee is deducted from creator earnings beyond the standard 15% creator commission.
The bank transfer is processed manually using the bank details recorded when the request was submitted. An email confirmation is sent after the completed transfer has been recorded. The 15-day and 30-day periods do not guarantee when the bank transfer will be received.
Purchase prices and taxes
Where VAT applies to the supply of digital content, its treatment takes the buyer’s location into account under the applicable rules. The creator’s country of residence alone does not determine the VAT on the purchase. Buyer fees, the VAT applied and the total payable are presented before payment confirmation.
If the buyer’s tax location cannot be determined, purchasing remains unavailable until an amount can be established. Amounts recorded when the transaction is created are retained for that transaction. The creator’s tax obligations on their earnings remain separate from taxes collected on the purchase.
