Furtiv.me (“we”, “our”, or “the Company”) complies, to the extent applicable, with the record-keeping and age-verification requirements set forth in 18 U.S.C. §2257 and §2257A and the associated regulations regarding visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.

Although Furtiv.me is not based in the United States, we implement the measures required for producers of such content whenever applicable.

Age and Identity Verification

We certify that all persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct contained in content produced, published, or directly managed by Furtiv.me were 18 years of age or older at the time of production.

In compliance with applicable regulations, we:

All individuals appearing in such content have provided informed, voluntary, and written consent for being photographed or filmed, and for the distribution and publication of the resulting material.
Where applicable, model release forms and rights-assignment agreements are obtained and stored alongside the age-verification records.

Performer Identity & Age Verification

Creators must verify the identity and legal age of all persons appearing in uploaded content. Creators must retain government-issued identification, proof of age (18+), and signed performer consent forms. These documents must be available upon request for compliance, audit, or regulatory purposes.

Consent for Distribution

Creators must ensure that all persons appearing in the content have provided explicit consent to being recorded, to the public distribution of the content, to uploading the content on the Furtiv platform, and to downloads by users when applicable. Consent must be documented and retained.

Record Storage Location

The records required under 18 U.S.C. §2257 and §2257A are securely maintained and accessible only to authorized personnel.

They are available for inspection by authorized U.S. government officials pursuant to a lawful request.

In such cases, Furtiv.me operates solely as a platform and does not hold age-verification documents for content we do not produce.
